The simple philosophy I teach is that of basic goodness and compassion. I think people are good. People want to feel good and they don’t want to hurt. They want others to feel good and don’t want others to hurt. That makes us good. That makes you good. As we align ourselves with this practice we become more discerning of our thoughts and feelings and the world around us.
